Internal Sales Support

Location: Chesham

Salary: £28,500 +

Bonus: Quarterly Bonus (up to 20% annually)

Hybrid: Hybrid (2 days at home per week) after 3 months' probation

Working as part of a busy internal sales team, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering excellent customer service:

• Identifying opportunities to increase customer spend and fill product gaps
• Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business
• Managing inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
• Processing orders, returns, and pro formas accurately
• Providing pricing, stock, and delivery information
• Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
• Working towards individual and team KPIs and sales targets

• Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
• Strong sales mindset with a proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confident telephone manner with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Quick to learn new systems and processes
• A team player who can also work independently

• £28,500 base salary
• Quarterly bonus scheme (up to 5% per quarter / 20% annually)
