Customer & Sales Support Representative

£28,500 + Quarterly Bonus (up to 20% annually)

Hybrid Working - 2 days from home after probation

They're on the lookout for a friendly, driven Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join their team. • Being the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional service
• Managing orders, returns, and customer enquiries
• Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted contact for customers
• Providing updates on pricing, stock, and deliveries
• Spotting opportunities to maximise sales and add value
• Resolving customer queries quickly and efficiently
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve team goals

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or internal sales
• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A confident and friendly telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Quarterly bonus scheme worth up to 20% annually
