Primary Supply Teachers for daily and short term cover required!

Salary: £140 - £240 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)

As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in education during teacher absences and cover for staff education and training.

Your main responsibilities include:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons to primary or secondary school students.
Managing the classroom environment, ensuring that behaviour is managed effectively and students remain engaged.
Providing constructive feedback to students, following school policies, and marking work where required.
Being adaptable and confident teaching across various subjects and year groups.
Maintaining a positive learning environment and building rapport with students, even for short-term placements.
Upholding the values and ethos of each school you work in.

Requirements:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
A positive attitude and a willingness to be flexible in your teaching approach.
