A fantastic primary school in Chesham, Buckinghamshire is looking to expand its Learning Support Team and is recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants to start in Septeme  2026.

This is a full‑time, term‑time‑only position on a long‑term contract, with opportunities for teacher training through the School Direct programme after one academic year.

• Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract: Long‑term, full‑time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm (term time only)
• Transport: Good transport links and on‑site parking available
• Progression: Training provided with pathway into teacher training

• Work with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing one‑to‑one and small group support
• Support class teachers in delivering tailored interventions
• Contribute to the academic and emotional development of pupils across the school
• Receive ongoing training and mentoring from experienced staff
