A fantastic primary school in Chesham, Buckinghamshire is looking to expand its Learning Support Team and is recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants to start in Septeme  2026. This is a full-time, term-time-only position on a long-term contract, with opportunities for teacher training through the School Direct programme after one academic year.

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Work with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing one-to-one and small group support Support class teachers in delivering tailored interventions Contribute to the academic and emotional development of pupils across the school Receive ongoing training and mentoring from experienced staff This role is ideal for graduates seeking a career in teaching, educational psychology, or any child-focused profession. Person Specification:

We are looking for individuals who:
