Job Overview
We are looking for a part time Sales Representative to drive client growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate excels in cold calling, relationship building, objection handling, lead conversion and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume cold calls to care homes, hospitals, clinics, local authorities, private clients, supported living providers, and other healthcare organisations
- Generate new business leads and convert them into long‑term clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers (Care Managers)
Skills & Requirements
- Proven sales experience, ideally in healthcare, staffing, recruitment or B2B cold calling
- Strong communicator with excellent phone manner
- Target‑driven and self‑motivated
