Architect, Engineering Design & Technologists

Conrad Consulting in partnership with a small Architectural practice in South Cheshire require the additional resources of an Architect to join their busy studio.

With many years experience as an innovative, design-led practice this company have continued to develop and enhance their portfolio whilst retaining a selection of repeat clients throughout the Cheshire, Staffordshire and wider North-West region. They primarily work on projects within the Residential sectors but are by no means limited to this. Typically their work will encompass the refurbishment of existing Residential schemes, however in recent years they have progressively worked on more new-builds as they look to diversify their workload.

This is a fun office to be a part of. They company is well-run and they have been continuously growing over the last few years. What you can guarantee here is that no 2 days will be the same, you will be a key part of numerous projects and will be instructed to manage your time accordingly to cope with the pressures of each one.

With a history of providing commercially astute, bespoke architecture to a varied and reliable workload, this position will allow you to hit the ground running on projects tailored specifically to meet the demands of their individual clients

Specific criteria are as follows:

ARB Registered (Experienced Part 2 Assistants will be considered)
Minimum 2 years Industry experience.
Experience working on Residential-focused projects.
REVIT experience preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
Excellent verbal and Written communication skills are essential.
Ability to work independently or as part of a wider team of Designers/Technicians.

A competitive salary is on offer for the successful candidate at circa £38,000-£45,000 (negotiable dependent on experience).
