Title: Account Manager
Salary: £35–45k DOE + performance-related bonus
Working Hours: Full-time compressed hours, working Monday – Thursday 8.30AM-6:30PM
Location: Office based (Congleton, Cheshire)

With exciting new clients, bold campaigns and bigger ambitions for the coming year, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team s is a chance to be part of an agency helping some of the UK’s most exciting food, drink, and hospitality brands see opportunity and reach for it.

As Account Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our client relationships – steering projects from idea through to delivery, and making sure everything we do delivers measurable impact. Reporting into our Strategy & Growth Director, you’ll manage day-to-day client needs while always keeping an eye on the bigger picture: growth opportunity and ROI.

You’ll be trusted to run your accounts with confidence: leading client conversations, supporting in the development of strategies, creating proposals and SOWs, and managing budgets. You’ll also play a key role in business development, identifying opportunities to onboard new clients and converting prospects into long-term partnerships.

• Agency experience in F&B, hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
• Previous experience in a new business capacity.
• CRM management and pipeline tracking.
• Building and presenting proposals, SOWs and pitch decks.
• Permanent position based in Congleton, Cheshire.
• Compressed hours:
  Monday – Thursday 8.30AM-6:30PM
• Office based role (Congleton, Cheshire)
• Salary: £35–45k DOE + performance-related bonus.
• Standard probation period of 6 months.
