Our team works closely with customers, insurance partners, and technicians to ensure a smooth repair process from start to finish. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our center.
Role OverviewThe Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers after an accident or vehicle damage. You will guide customers through the repair process, coordinate with technicians and insurance companies, and ensure clear communication every step of the way. Your professionalism and empathy will help provide a stress‑free experience during what can be a difficult time for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers in person and over the phone; provide prompt, courteous assistance.
- Schedule repair appointments, vehicle drop‑offs, and pick‑ups.
- Communicate repair timelines, updates and expectations to customers.
- Assist with insurance claims by gathering information, submitting documentation, and coordinating with adjusters.
- Prepare and review repair orders, estimates, and necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in the management system.
- Handle payments, invoices and authorization forms.
- Work closely with technicians and estimators to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
- Previous customer service experience required; automotive or collision repair industry experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, empathetic manner.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with collision estimating systems (CCC ONE, Mitchell, etc.) is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable handling sensitive information and insurance documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and office equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
