Primary Care Physician Position details:

• Role:
  Outpatient Primary Care (adults 18+)
• Location: Cheshire, CT
• Schedule:
  Full-time, weekdays only
• Teaching: optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call Only: average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1-weeknight 2 months
• Offerings: Guaranteed base, uncapped incentive bonus, loan support, sign-on/stipend, relocation
• Work Auth: H1B cap-exempt employer
