As a Preschool Teacher, You Will:

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports school readiness.
Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Plan and lead hands-on learning experiences that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and exploration.
Support children's growth in literacy, language, mathematics, science, and social skills.
Foster independence, confidence, and problem-solving skills through purposeful play and guided learning.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's growth, achievements, and classroom experiences.
Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with state licensing requirements.
Create a warm and welcoming environment where every child feels valued, respected, and supported.

Qualifications
Preferred:

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Two or more years of professional childcare, preschool, or teaching experience.

Required:

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum one year of professional experience working with preschool-aged children in a licensed childcare, preschool, or educational setting.
Ability to meet all state licensing requirements.
