T-T Pumps Ltd, one the UK’s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their internal team.
The role will involve controlling and progress of new pumping station projects from design to procurement of materials through to delivery, in an effective and efficient manner, within a challenging yet rewarding industry.
REQUIREMENTS- Produce drawings using 2D AutoCAD
- Produce parts lists
- Assist with the procurement of materials on a competitive price basis
- Document, file and prepare O&M manuals
- Preparation of quotations within deadlines
- Feedback commercial trends and market requirements
- Support client queries, build rapport and establish customer loyalty
- Liaise at all levels; from customers, area sales managers, management team and suppliers
- Ensure all products are purchased in compliance with mandatory requirements
- Maintain company procedures and improve where possible
- Identify training needs to assist your career progression and departmental efficiency
- Based at our head office in Woore
- Be flexible to the requirements of the business
- Observe and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
- Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time
- Mechanical engineering experiance - Essential
- General understanding of mechinacal engineering principles - Essential
- Relative industry experience (pump, pipework and valves)- Desirable
- Able to read engineering drawings - Essential
- Ability to work flexibly - Essential
- Strong prioritisation skills, ability to manage own workload - Essential
- Multitask and manage multiple projects - Essential
- Self-motivated with a 'can do' approach - Essential
- Strong personal attributes to deal with all types of enquiry - Essential
- Prepared to learn new skills - Essential
