Join a Team That Makes a Difference in Your Community  Credit Controller (Part-Time, 16 hours per week)
At West Cheshire Credit Union, we’re passionate about helping local people build financial stability and access fair, affordable credit. We’re now looking for a Credit Controller to join our friendly, community-focused team and help us continue this vital work.

About the Role:

As our Credit Controller, you’ll play a key part in supporting members to manage their repayments and maintain positive relationships with the Credit Union. You’ll ensure that our lending remains sustainable and ethical while helping members who may be facing financial challenges.
Your key responsibilities will include:  Monitoring member loan repayments and maintaining accurate records  Communicating sensitively with members to agree repayment plans.  Working with our small team to ensure fair and consistent credit control practices.  Supporting the development of new processes and systems to improve efficiency.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who combines empathy with attention to detail — someone who believes in financial fairness and community support. You’ll bring:  Experience in credit control, finance administration, or customer service  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills  A calm, professional approach when dealing with sensitive situations  A commitment to the values of the Credit Union movement.
