The Talent Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting employee learning, professional growth, and engagement initiatives across the organization. This position partners with HR and business leaders to design, implement, and manage development programs that strengthen workforce capabilities, enhance employee experience, and align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate learning and development programs, including onboarding, technical training, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Administer learning platforms (e.g., LMS/Cornerstone) and ensure accurate tracking of employee progress and compliance.
  • Support the design, delivery, and evaluation of training content, workshops, and employee engagement events.
  • Collaborate with HR, managers, and business units to identify skills gaps and recommend tailored development opportunities.
  • Assist with employee experience projects, performance management cycles, and talent reviews.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a resource for employees seeking development opportunities, career guidance, and organizational support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent development, training, HR, or related field.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (Cornerstone experience a plus).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for employee growth and engagement.
