Position Details:
- Open to Nurse Practitioners (Family, Adult/Geri APRN) and Physician Assistants (PA).
- Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care – Adult Medicine (18+).
- Schedule:
Full‑time, weekdays only. - Call schedule:
No call required.

Role Scope:
Under established guidelines and in collaboration and/or supervision with the practice physician(s), Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants perform routine physical examinations, formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients. They develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, e.g., referral to other health team members or specialists. They provide appropriate treatment within scope of practice and refer appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Licensure:
Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible). - Training: APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA.
- Experience:
1+ years of experience in a primary care or related outpatient setting.
