The role:

• Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Working with individuals and small groups to enhance learning and engagement
• Assisting teachers in delivering effective lessons
• Supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working with secondary-aged students
• Be confident supporting learning across a range of subjects
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic
• Be committed to helping young people achieve their full potential
