Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a Community Staff Nurse (Band
5) in Lower Lea Valley, Cheshunt. The post is full-time 37.5 hours per week, with salary £32,073 to £39,043 per annum pro rata.
The role covers 08:00–22:00 seven days a week and welcomes student nurses and acute nurses seeking a community-based role. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing care in the community, with a commitment to teamwork, communication and professional development.
