We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Manager specialised in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). The successful QA Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes to ensure products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Duties
 
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
 
* Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure consistent product quality across all production stages.
 
* Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, facilities, and products to identify areas for improvement.
 
* Analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process optimisation.
 
* Oversee HACCP plans and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
 
* Provide training and guidance on quality standards and analysis techniques to staff members.
 
* Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformance incidents, and corrective actions for senior management.
Qualifications
 
* Proven experience in a Quality Assurance management role within the FMCG sector.
 
* Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
 
* Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
 
* Demonstrable leadership abilities with experience managing a team of QA professionals.
 
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
