Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Home Manager ready to take the next step into Registered Management?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and supportive provider as we open our brand-new 3-bed EBD children's home in Waltham Cross
.

We are an organisation with a proven track record - our two existing homes are both rated "Good" by Ofsted
, and we have a Resident Responsible Individual providing hands-on support to help you succeed.

• Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per year (experience depending)
• Opportunity to open and lead a brand-new home from the start
• Ongoing support from an experienced Responsible Individual and senior leadership team
• A clear focus on providing high-quality care and achieving excellent outcomes for young people

• Currently working as a Deputy Manager (or experienced Team Leader/Manager) in a children's residential setting, looking to progress into a Registered Manager role
• Knowledgeable in Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and children's residential care standards
• Passionate about creating a nurturing, structured environment where young people can thrive
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and working towards/committed to achieving the Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification
