Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire

Salary: £28,849 per annum

Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 shift pattern (including weekends), 40 hours per week

Shift Times: Various

Please note: This role is based in a chilled warehouse environment (3-5 degrees).

You will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive fresh produce and quality goods on time, and you will have the opportunity to grow within the company.

• Picking and Packing:
  Carefully selecting and packing orders to meet customer requirements, handling products up to 25 kg.
• Loading and Unloading:
  Efficiently loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Quality Control:
  Ensuring all products meet high standards for freshness and quality; reporting any shortfalls or damaged products.
• Maintaining a Safe Workplace:
  Following health and safety guidelines, assembling products on pallets safely, avoiding compression and damage.
• Keeping the Warehouse Tidy:
  Assisting with keeping the environment clean and organized.

• Team Player:
  Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues.
• Attention to Detail:
  Pride in ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Physical Fitness:
  Comfortable with manual handling and physical work.
• Positive Attitude:

• Experience or Willing to Learn:
  Previous warehouse experience is a bonus but full training will be provided.
