Salary:
Up to £32,000 per annum (DOE)
40 hours per week (between 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday)
We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Parts Advisor to join a busy parts operation where no two days are the same. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Administer stock control for vans, site workshops, and contracts
- Process parts orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with parts identification and warranty/returns processing
- Support the team with customer orders, backorders, and special deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Respond to customer needs professionally and efficiently
- Assist with audits and stock checks
- Operate within company guidelines and procedures
- Proven administration and customer service experience in a workshop or parts setting
- Knowledge of HGV, waste industry, or service centre environments is a bonus
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
