Sales Support Specialist

Our client is a hugely successful asset finance brokerage, who have grown and evolved hugely over recent years. Due to internal promotions, they require an experienced Asset Finance Sales Support Administrator.

The Sales Support team is led by a fantastic manager who will support and encourage you to be as successful as possible within the role. Their culture is superb and despite being a very large business, there is very much a family feel.

You will be part of a friendly team supporting ongoing Asset Finance sales. This will involve picking up all the back‑office processes from the point the salespeople have closed the deal. This includes proposing deals to underwriters, ensuring documentation is processed, recorded and uploaded onto systems accurately and ensuring customers and colleagues are fully informed of progress.

First and foremost, we are looking for someone with Asset Finance administration experience, who knows funder software, systems and processes, and who is honest and friendly. We also need to see:

• Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Previous experience in a busy Sales support function
• The ability to prioritise the tasks and functions that deliver the objectives

• A salary of Circa £28,000 depending on experience
• An annual company bonus (subject to company performance)
