A safe home is the solid base from which you build your life. We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.

Providing person-centred support to males aged 18 and over with a range of complex needs, including mental health challenges and substance misuse issues. Role includes key working, developing and reviewing support plans, completing risk assessments, and promoting independence, wellbeing, and recovery. Coordinating meaningful activities to encourage engagement and social inclusion, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment through regular project housekeeping duties.
