Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Senior to join our team. This key role involves delivering high-quality services, ensuring compliance, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily client account tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and statutory regulations.
  • Collect and review client documentation promptly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Record chargeable time accurately and contribute to billing recovery.
  • Prepare accounts, tax, VAT, and PAYE documentation for HMRC deadlines.
  • Organize workload for efficient delivery and review readiness.
  • Minimum Requirements
    • ACA or ACCA qualification or active studying towards it.
    • Experience with cloud-based systems, especially Xero.
