Management Accountant - 12-Month FTC Bicester | Hybrid | Up to £53,000 Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an exciting and growing organisation based in Bicester to recruit a Management Accountant on a 12-month FTC . Strong SAP experience is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and lead month-end/year-end close. Analyse P&L and balance sheet accounts, investigating variances. Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and provisions. Monitor project performance, revenue, margins and WIP. Analyse labour utilisation, overheads and operational costs. Support tax compliance, audits and statutory reporting. Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and standards. About You Strong, hands-on SAP experience is essential.

Strong management accounting and month-end experience. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Resilient, adaptable and able to work well under pressure. A strong team player with a customer-focused approach.
