Accounts & Audit Manager, Chester, £45,000 - £50,000 + Hybrid Working
If you've built your experience across both accounts and audit but would now prefer a role with far less emphasis on audit, this could be your ideal move.

You'll move away from being responsible for producing everything yourself and take more ownership of reviewing accounts, supporting and developing staff, and overseeing the quality of work across the team.
It could particularly suit someone from a general practice background who has worked across accounts and audit, or an audit-focused accountant who enjoys the broader side of practice and wants to move into a role where audit is a minor rather than defining part of their workload.

- Enjoys the variety and client exposure of working within an independent accountancy practice.
- Wants genuine hybrid flexibility while remaining technically involved.
