As an Operations Administrator you will work as part of a team to service our customers.
Responsibilities- Place new orders
- Place repairs
- Process credit returns
- Process the replacement of faulty hearing aid and accessory devices
- Working to KPI s
- Microsoft Office
- ERP Systems
- CRM systems
- High attention to detail
- Ability to wok as part of a team as well as independently
- Communication skills
