We are currently recruiting for an IFA Administrator for our award-winning wealth management client in Manchester. The client is the fastest-growing wealth management brand in the UK, with over £10 bn in assets under management and more than 17,000 clients.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with policy providers to obtain detailed information
- Obtain illustrations
- Process new business applications
- Track business applications / pipeline
- Update client database to ensure accurate records
- Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent) and/or working towards Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential
- Full training programme through to adviser status
