I'm currently partnering with a highly successful creative agency to recruit an experienced Office Manager who thrives on organisation, enjoys variety, and loves being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced business within their Senior Management Team where you'll play a central role in supporting the team, managing day-to-day operations, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.

The OpportunityAs Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the office. You’ll oversee daily operations, support the leadership team, coordinate key administrative functions, and ensure the workplace remains efficient, welcoming, and productive.
No two days will be the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and takes a proactive approach to their work.
What You'll Be Doing- Managing the day-to-day running of the office, including facilities, equipment, suppliers, and office resources.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and general enquiries.
- Coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements for senior leaders.
- Supporting HR administration, including onboarding, employee records, and benefits coordination.
- Assisting with invoicing, expenses, and finance administration.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
- Organising team events, social activities, and internal meetings.
- Supporting office health and safety compliance and workplace policies.
- Coordinating IT requirements, including equipment setup and access requests.
- Managing general administration, documentation, and office correspondence.
- Previous experience within an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and modern business systems.
- A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems independently.
- Experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
