Financial Administrator Glasgow Hybrid £26,000 - £30,000 Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be supporting a fantastic financial services business in Glasgow as they look to appoint an experienced Financial Administrator to their team. This is a varied role covering client administration, reporting, risk assessments, case tracking and data gathering, working closely with colleagues to keep processes moving and ensure client information is accurate and up to date.

We’re looking for someone who already understands the financial services environment and can bring strong administration skills, attention to detail and confidence working across different systems and platform. Just as importantly, you’ll be a strong team player, comfortable working as part of a small and collaborative team. You’ll be joining a friendly, people focused business with a positive culture, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and brings a positive, proactive approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files. Support regular reporting and data gathering activities. Complete and maintain risk assessments and associated documentation. Track cases, actions and deadlines, ensuring appropriate follow-up. Work across internal and external systems and platforms to manage information and processes. Provide wider administrative support to colleagues across the financial services team. Help ensure administration and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements Previous experience within financial services, pensions, wealth management or a similar regulated environment. A strong background in administration, client support or financial services operations. Excellent attention to detail and confidence managing sensitive and accurate client information. Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Clear and confident communication skills. A proactive and collaborative approach.
