The Role As Project Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of project administration activities. Working closely with Project Managers, Project Officers and fieldwork teams, you will be responsible for coordinating documentation, maintaining records and supporting day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities Liaise with Project Managers and Project Officers to ensure daily Allocation Sheets are submitted and consolidated accurately. Review and validate allocation data, identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrections where required. Collate, scan, file and maintain project documentation both electronically and in hard copy. Provide administrative support for arranging temporary accommodation and travel requirements for project staff. Assist with weekly timesheet processing, record keeping and time recording administration.
Support the booking of site inductions and the management of temporary worker and visitor passes. Carry out general office administration to support site and fieldwork operations. Build effective working relationships with project teams and stakeholders. Ensure documentation complies with relevant Health & Safety procedures and standards. Essential Skills & Experience Previous administration experience within a busy operational environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally. A proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel. Confident user of IT systems and databases. Full UK driving licence.
