The Administrator will support the company technology function running smoothly day to day, covering administration and departmental operations. The Administrator will be highly organised and proactive and wanting to build a broader understanding of technology delivery. The role will be working on a hybrid basis, with three days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Technology leadership team, including diary and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain departmental records, documentation, operational trackers, and process documentation.
  • Maintain records of supplier contracts, support agreements and renewal schedules, flagging key renewal dates in good time.
  • Assist with hardware ordering, software licensing, and asset management, and support operational processes across infrastructure, applications, cyber security, and service management.
  • Help co-ordinate internal technology communications and awareness activities.
  • Coordinate UK and international travel: flights, rail, hotels, visas, and itineraries, optimising cost where possible and providing support during disruption.
  • Maintain travel records and assist with expense administration.
  • Raise purchase orders and track them through approval, invoicing, and payment.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials. Ensure reporting deadlines are met.
Essential skills and attributes:
  • Experience in an administrative, coordinator, or team support role.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Budget administration or supplier and contract management experience.
  • Travel and event coordination skills.
  • Interest in technology, innovation, or business transformation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Sound financial administration and record-keeping.
  • Confident with Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
  • You must be able to pass a credit check and a DBS check.
