We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment & Training Administrator to join a busy and friendly team within an established organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised administrator who enjoys working with people and is looking for a varied role combining administration, recruitment support and training coordination.

The Role

Working closely with the Recruitment & Training team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and act as an initial point of contact for prospective applicants.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling telephone and email enquiries and providing a professional, friendly service.
  • Carrying out initial telephone screening and gathering applicant information.
  • Processing applications and completing relevant checks.
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases and CRM systems.
  • Coordinating interviews, appointments and training bookings.
  • Supporting training sessions, including maintaining attendance records.
  • Providing general administrative and coordination support to the wider team.

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, confident on the telephone and has excellent attention to detail. You should enjoy dealing with people, be comfortable managing confidential information and be able to prioritise a varied workload.

Previous recruitment experience isn’t essential — strong administration and customer service experience, together with a confident and professional telephone manner, is more important.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is desirable.

Working Arrangements

The role is initially office-based during training, with a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. Once fully trained, the position will move to a hybrid working arrangement, typically requiring 1–2 days per week in the office.

If you’re an organised administrator looking for a varied role with plenty of interaction and responsibility, we’d love to hear from you.
