• Competitive salary of up to £36,000 Basic, with uncapped bonus potential and OTE of £45,000
• 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota (paid as overtime)

• Perform routine service checks and carry out repair work on various vehicle makes and models
• Undertake vehicle road tests to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Conduct mechanical and electrical diagnostics to identify issues and implement solutions
• Assist with workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Level 3 Light Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, with confidence in diagnosing complex issues
• Ability to perform a wide range of mechanical and electrical repairs
• Supportive team player with a professional attitude
• Full UK Driving Licence
