Duties:

- Carrying out high-quality repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles in line with manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle systems efficiently and accurately
- Using diagnostic equipment and workshop systems confidently and effectively
- Ensuring all work exceeds safety and quality standards, surpassing customer expectations
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
- Providing exceptional customer service with technical expertise and professionalism

Requirements:

- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience as a Master Technician or Senior Technician within a busy workshop environment
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures
- Proactive attitude and a genuine passion for the automotive industry
- Commitment to delivering high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
