Assist with the repair and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and trim components on damaged vehicles Support qualified technicians in preparing vehicles for repair and reassembly Learn how to diagnose faults and identify repair requirements Follow manufacturer repair methods and health and safety standards Use specialist tools and equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organised working environment Build your technical knowledge through practical experience and formal training Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction Work closely with colleagues and contribute positively to the team Helpful skills and qualifications Don't worry about ticking off every single skill here - if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you.

A genuine interest in vehicle technology and repairs Strong practical and problem-solving skills Good attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work safely Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are desirable A valid UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential We value diversity and believe it strengthens our team.
