Global Business Development Manager | Food & FMCG Packaging | UK | up to £95k plus bonus and benefits

You will take ownership of international growth initiatives developing business and unlocking untapped market potential within the Food & FMCG sector.

Engage with major multinational customers and influence commercial direction at a strategic level. You will have the autonomy, visibility, and support needed to drive significant revenue expansion!

A large, multinational manufacturing business with operations across multiple continents and a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer partnership. The organisation supports many well-known consumer brands and is investing heavily in future technologies and sustainable solutions to meet evolving market demands.

You will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing a global business development strategy within the Food & FMCG sector
  • Identifying, targeting, and securing high-value international opportunities
  • Building senior relationships and leading complex commercial negotiations with multinational customers
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive strategic growth
  • Analysing market trends while maintaining a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting

  • Demonstrated success in business development within packaging
  • Experience selling into large multinational organisations within Food or FMCG
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial and financial acumen
