Youwill be responsible for:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts, building strong long-term customer relationships
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new product solutions
- Monitoring account performance, sales activity, and market trends to inform strategic planning
- Strong experience in corrugated packaging or the wider packaging industry
- Solid commercial awareness and understanding of margin management
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with the drive to work independently and achieve results
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
