Key Account Manager | Corrugated | South UK & Midlands | £40k-£50k+ OTE £60k-£70k

An independent UK packaging business specialising in integrated packaging solutions. With strong technical expertise and modern production facilities, the company partners with leading FMCG and retail brands to deliver innovative, sustainable, and commercially effective packaging. The business offers a complete end-to-end service, combining design, print, manufacturing, and co-packing to support customers from concept through to market.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing key customer accounts within the corrugated packaging sector
• Identifying and delivering growth opportunities through account expansion and product innovation
• Preparing and presenting quotations, pricing, and commercial proposals
• Ensuring customer expectations are met in relation to quality, service, and lead times
• Staying informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

Key attributes required:

• Proven background in corrugated packaging with hands-on industry knowledge
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage long-term, high-value customer accounts
• Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability
