Assistant National Account Manager

Temp Station are excited to announce we are looking for another member of staff to join our team in Manchester (M34) as an assistant National Account Manager This position includes plenty of relationship building with our existing client base and current driver pool as well as learning all areas around the account including back office, payroll, driver recruitment and KPI reporting.

The right candidate would be a driven individual looking to start a long-term career in a close-knit company with great opportunities to progress within the business. Previous experience in recruitment or logistics is preferred but not essential however good working geographical knowledge will be useful. Job role duties include but are not limited to;

-Building and Maintaining client relationships
-Working alongside members of the team in all offices within the company
-Developing a full understanding of all areas of the account from recruitment to planning
-Developing a basic understanding of all back office and administration processes including payroll
-Filling and confirming bookings and tracking all of this on our central plan as well as weekly/Monthly KPI reporting
-Take part in our out of hours on call rota once established within the company About the candidate;

-Friendly and approachable with a willingness to learn
-Computer literate
-Basic qualifications required (Maths & English)
-Candidate will preferably have a minimum of 12 months previous experience in either transport or recruitment sector Working week is 08:30 17:00 Monday to Friday This is an open-ended position.
