Our client, a well-established organisation with a strong market presence, is seeking a Customer Services & Exports Administrator to support their busy operations function. This is a varied role combining customer service, order processing, and international export coordination.

Key responsibilities

Customer & Sales Support

* Process customer orders accurately and within deadlines

* Resolve payment, delivery, and service queries

* Collaborate with sales to share feedback and forecasting insights

* Maintain a high standard of customer service

Export & Order Management

* Prepare export and customs documentation for EU and ROW shipments

* Coordinate with vets, logistics providers, and import agents

* Plan and monitor order transit to ensure timely delivery

Internal Coordination

* Liaise with production planning on stock and forecasts

* Work with technical teams to resolve quality concerns

* Share relevant commercial information across departments

Logistics & Relationship Management

* Build strong relationships with logistics partners

* Support cost-effective, efficient delivery solutions

Teamwork & Process Improvement

* Contribute to improving systems and processes

* Work collaboratively and escalate issues appropriately

* Manage workload to achieve objectives

About you

* Experience in export/customs processes (essential)

* Background in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or wholesale (preferred)

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
