Role SummaryThis position supports corporate clients by managing the documentation required for onboarding new and existing legal entities. The role involves collecting and reviewing AML, legal, and tax documents, coordinating timelines, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities- Manage the collection and review of AML, legal, and tax documentation for new and existing client onboardings.
- Work with clients to agree to timelines, communicate documentation requirements, and address any necessary rework.
- Lead client documentation walkthrough meetings to ensure clients understand requirements.
- Update stakeholders on the onboarding process and highlight any challenges or delays.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience liaising with clients and customers.
- Experience managing stakeholders of all seniorities.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with cash management or client onboarding documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and prioritise work effectively.
