The Global Enterprise Position Monitoring & Disclosures (EPMD) team sits within the Global Markets Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting organization, with regional hubs across the Americas, APAC and EMEA. The team is responsible for monitoring and disclosing positions and transactions under substantial shareholding, takeover, residual short position and other regulatory position limit requirements.
Responsibilities- Deliver complete, accurate and timely regulatory reports and disclosures.
- Monitor equity positions and perform equity aggregation analysis to identify disclosure obligations.
- Execute controls and ensure compliance with regulatory, policy and data quality requirements.
- Investigate and remediate reporting errors, breaches and data issues.
- Respond to regulatory, compliance and audit enquiries.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting processes.
- Support regulatory reporting enhancements, business requirements and UAT activities.
- Maintain data dictionaries and reporting documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Position Monitoring & Disclosures (EPMD).
- Experience with equity aggregation and equity disclosure regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the full trade lifecycle is a plus.
- Operations or Compliance background is ideal.
- Knowledge of Fund Apps and/or Kaizen.
