Next Gear Capital, part of the Cox Automotive portfolio, is seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve our Salesforce platform in a hybrid Chester role. You’ll be the go‑to system guardian and business enabler, partnering with colleagues to deliver scalable, best‑practice solutions and keep Salesforce secure and performant.
You’ll manage users, automation, reporting and release cycles, while continuously improving processes and staying current with Salesforce releases.
