Overview
Asbestos Surveyor
Up to £40,000 with a Guarantee of Overtime
Variety of Sites but Majority Commercial Based
Benefits- Travel across commercial sites (City of Manchester and Liverpool) with some out-of-hours work as required
- Guaranteed overtime
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of properties in the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Produce comprehensive reports to be sent to clients.
- Ensure all work is carried out to UKAS standards and in line with HSG
264. - Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide technical support as needed.
- Hold relevant asbestos certifications (BOHS P402) with a minimum of 6 months of field experience.
- Full UK driving license; excellent communication skills; broad knowledge of HSG
264. - Flexibility to commute and complete any out-of-hours work as required.
