A long established and highly respected property consultancy is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Chester.
The successful candidate will join a close-knit, supportive team with a genuine pathway to Associate Director, Director and Partner level roles.
The Role - Chartered Building Surveyor
You'll work across a varied commercial property portfolio, delivering a broad range of professional building surveying services including:
Commercial building surveys
Dilapidations
Schedules of Condition
Planned maintenance advice
Expert witness services
Contract administration and project work Projects span a diverse range of commercial assets including industrial and logistics facilities, offices, retail, care homes and public sector properties, ensuring no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For
MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
Approximately 5+ years' post-qualification experience
Strong commercial building surveying background
Excellent communication and client facing skills
Ambitious and keen to progress into senior leadership
