Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well-established specialist within the cladding, faade, and external envelope sector, delivering high-quality projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments throughout the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of multiple cladding and faade projects, ensuring costs are controlled, contractual obligations are met, and project profitability is maximised.

Working closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will be responsible for the financial performance of projects from pre-construction through to final account.

• Managing project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Preparing valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
