You will supervise day-to-day earthworks, manage site teams, plant operators and subcontractors, and ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to specification. The role requires a strong earthworks and civils background, Gold CSCS card, SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid qualification, and proven leadership on busy construction sites.
