An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading consultancy renowned for its motivated, professional environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tender and contract documents
  • Undertake cost analysis and feasibility studies
  • Advise on procurement strategies and forms of contract
  • Perform risk, value management, and cost control
  • Analyse tender returns and provide contractual advice
  • Value completed work and advise on payments
  • Produce detailed progress reports and manage contractual claims
The Ideal Candidate :
  • NEC 3/4 contract experience
  • Progressing towards MRICS or equivalent professional qualification
  • Confident, client-facing, and able to work independently
  • Flexible to travel as required
