  • Build event formats across different scales: intimate community events, pop-ups, influencer events, press moments, new product activations, brand collaborations and retail experiences.

End-to-End Event Planning & Delivery:

  • Own full project management across each event including timelines, dependencies, resources and risk management.
  • Manage budgets, suppliers, contracts, logistics, production schedules and on-site execution.
  • Ensure every event is delivered in a timely

Experience:

  • Oversee how the event looks and feels, ensuring it delivers on atmosphere, styling, details and overall guest experience.

  • Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all touchpoints: colours, signage, dressing, styling, lighting, flow, staff presentation etc.
  • Source, brief, and manage external suppliers (e.g. venues, security, catering, florists etc.).
  • Build strong relationships with partners and ensure collaborations are commercially sound and brand-aligned.
  • Negotiate rates and ensure value-for-money without sacrificing quality.

Guest List, Influencer & Talent Coordination:

  • Support the planning and execution of guest strategy (VIPs, creators, press, community, brand partners).
  • Coordinate invites, RSVP management, guest comms and VIP hosting plans.
  • Work with social/community teams to ensure key people are in the room and the energy reflects the brand.
  • Lead on-the-ground delivery and run of show from start to finish.
  • Brief staff and suppliers, oversee set-up and ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard.
  • Act as the main point of escalation and problem-solver in real time.
